What type of requirements should I take into account when renting a vehicle?

Where are vehicle deliveries and returns made?
At Easy Rental we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, which is why we offer to our customers delivery and collection anywhere in the National District at no additional cost. If you require delivery or pickup at any airport in the Dominican Republic, it is subject to additional charges depending on the rental duration.
What type of insurance do you offer? Is it necessary to pay additional insurance?
Easy Rental's philosophy is to make life easier for our clients, which is why we have full insurance on all our units. By policy, they do not exceed 5 years of useful life, in this way we offer a
modern, reliable and safe fleet that allows us to retain our customers for life.
What is the fuel policy?
As a policy, we deliver all vehicles with half a full tank to facilitate the trip to our client's destination. Once the vehicle is delivered, it must be received in the same conditions. Have you not been able to fill the tank? Don't worry, we make a deduction from the deposit delivered equivalent to half a tank. We are flexible to be able to deliver excellent customer service, ease and agility are attributes that characterize us.
Of course! The little ones in the house are also part of our EASY family, which is why we offer car seats subject to additional charges for the duration of the rental. Likewise, all our vehicles have wireless Apple/Android CarPlay, rear parking sensors, among other features.
